It was nice to meet all these great musicians including my Brother Sean on the first day of the festival. As I pondered the moment I realised that on my last visit to Friel's whad been 45 years ago in the company of Aggie Whyte, Martin Talty, Jimmy Ward and Willie Clancy. Sitting there so many years later, the place so little changed, and the music continues.

The Mid-Day Session at Friels
It was nice to meet all these great musicians including my Brother Sean on the first day of the festival.
